高中生职业价值观与积极品质、学业成绩的关系

摘要 为测查高中生职业价值观的特点及其与积极品质、学业成绩之间的关系,随机选取200名高二学生为被试,开展针对高中生职业价值观、积极品质的问卷调查,并收集他们在秋季学期和春季学期的期末成绩。结果发现:(1) 家庭维护和成就实现职业价值观是高中生主导性的职业价值观,地位追求职业价值观较为次要,社会促进职业价值观最不明显;(2) 高中生职业价值观与学业成绩关系不显著;(3) 高中生职业价值观与积极品质相关显著:地位追求职业价值观水平越高的高中生,越不容易表现出诚实正直的积极品质;成就实现职业价值观水平越高的高中生,越容易表现出热爱学习的积极品质;社会促进职业价值观水平越高的高中生,越容易表现出诚实正直、积极乐观和关爱友善的积极品质。可见,职业价值观会影响高中生的发展,在学校教育过程中有引领、有侧重的培养学生的职业价值观,具有非常重要的意义。 To explore the relationship between high school students’ work values, positive traits and academic scores, 200 high school students from two normal high schools finished the tests of work values and positive traits. And their academic scores were collected. Results suggested that supporting family and achievements were the dominant work values of high school students. The relationship between high school students’ work values and academic scores wasn’t significant. The students with higher pursuit of status work value showed less integrity. The students with higher achievements work value showed more love of learning. And the students with higher social pro-motion work value showed more integrity, optimistic and loving-kindness. So, work values are very important for high school students’ development, and educational guidance for the high school students’ work values is very valuable.
