高中生学习幸福感的影响因素及其教育建议

摘要 为探索提升学生学习幸福感的有效途径,在广东高中生群体中,进行有关学习幸福感的问卷调查研究,结果表明:学习兴趣、学习成绩、学习动机、家庭教育、学习意志力、学习压力、学习氛围、教学方式、同学关系、学习期望是高中生学习幸福感的影响因素,其中学习兴趣的影响力最大。建议充分激发学习兴趣,努力提升学习成绩,培养积极的学习动机,提供良好的家庭教育,磨练坚定的学习意志力,释放过大的学习压力,营造良好的学习氛围,采用科学的教学方式,建立和睦的人际关系,赋予适度的学习期望,以提高学习幸福感。 Through the questionnaire survey on the learning well-being of high school students in Guangdong, it is found that the learning well-being of high school students involves some influencing factors, such as learning interest, academic record, learning motivation, family education, learning will-power, learning pressure, learning atmosphere, teaching methods, relationship between students, learning expectation. Among these influencing factors, learning interest is the most influential. To enhance learning well-being level, the paper suggests fully stimulating learning interest, enhancing academic record, cultivating positive learning motivation, providing good family education, strengthening learning willpower, releasing too much learning pressure, creating good learning atmosphere, using scientific teaching methods, establishing harmonious relationship between stu-dents and giving moderate learning expectations.
