摘要
目的:为了探讨高校大学生的就业焦虑、职业决策困难和自尊之间的关系。方法:利用就业焦虑量表,职业决策困难问卷,Rosenberg自尊量表对300名大学生进行研究。结果:大学生自尊,就业焦虑和职业决策存在显著的负相关,相关系数分别为r = ?0.285,?0.308,P < 0.05。职业决策困难与就业焦虑显著正相关(r = 0.491, P < 0.05);回归分析发现,当职业决策困难进入回归方程,自尊对就业焦虑的预测效应从?0.285下降到?0.113。结论:自尊以职业决策困难为中介影响就业焦虑。
Objective: In order to explore the relationship between jobs anxiety, career decision-making dif-ficulties and self-esteem of college student employment. Methods: I use jobs anxiety questionnaire, career decision-making difficulties questionnaires and Rosenberg self-esteem scale to study 300 college students. Results: Self-esteem was negatively related to jobs anxiety and career decision-making difficulties.
