摘要
本研究是量化研究,其目的是探讨特殊教育教师工作价值观各向度对专业承诺的影响。以澳门特殊教育教师为研究对象,利用「特殊教育教师工作价值观问卷」、「特殊教育教师专业承诺问卷」来收集澳门特殊教育教师在工作价值观、专业承诺等方面有关的数据,并通过多元线性回归分析有关资料。研究结果显示:1) 特殊教育教师的工作价值观各向度对专业承诺各向度具有低度至中度的显著预测力,其解释变异量在8.6%~47.5%之间;2) 特殊教育教师的工作价值观各向度对整体专业承诺具有中度的显著预测力,其解释变异量达44.8%。最后,就本研究结论给出建议,以作为澳门教育部门、特殊教育学校之参考。
This study is a quantitative study, which purposes are to explore the influences of various dimensions of special education teachers’ work values on professional commitments. This research was used special education teachers of Macao for samples of study, used the “special education teacher’s work values questionnaire”, “special education teacher’s professional commitments questionnaire” to collect the Macao special education teachers in the work values, professional commitments and other relevant data, and through multiple linear regression to analyze relevant information. The results of this study show: 1) Each dimension of special education teachers’ work values has a low to moderate significant predictive power for each dimension of professional commitments, and the explanatory variabilities are between 8.6% and 47.5%;2) Each dimension of special education teachers’ work values has a moderate significant predictive power for overall professional commitments, and the explanatory variabilities are 44.8%. At last, the paper makes recommendations on the conclusions of this study, which act as references for Macao educational department, special education schools.
