摘要
本研究在分析现有研究的基础上,使用BEI行为事件访谈法提取了21项胜任特征,再根据上述21项胜任特征编制了最初的《优秀心理学本科生胜任特征自评问卷》,将最初的问卷进行施测,通过项目分析,探索性因素分析以及信、效度分析,删减了一部分项目,最终建立了有效的优秀心理学本科生胜任特征模型和最终的《优秀心理学本科生胜任特征自评问卷》。结果发现,优秀心理学本科生胜任特征模型包括四个因子,分别是:成就导向、自我认知、耐挫调整、思维能力,这四个因子囊括了11项胜任特征分别是:坚持,主动性,计划制定,挑战,专业知识与技能,自我控制,自信,挫折耐受力,责任心,团队合作,创新。
Based on the analysis of the existing research,this study extracted 21 competency features using the BEI behavioral event interview method,and then compiled the original“Excellent Psychology Undergraduate Competency Self-evaluation Questionnaire”based on the above 21 competency features.The questionnaire was tested,and through project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and reliability and validity analysis,some of the projects were deleted.Finally,an effective excellent psychology undergraduate competency model and the final“Excellent Psychology Undergraduate Competency”were established.It is found that the excellent psychology undergraduate competency model includes four factors:achievement orientation,self-cognition,frustration adjustment,and thinking ability.These four factors include 11 competency features:persistence,initiative planning,challenges,expertise and skills,self-control,self-confidence,frustration tolerance,responsibility,teamwork,innovation.
