团体沙盘疗法对青少年人际信任的影响

The Effect of Group Sandplay Therapy on Interpersonal Trust of Adolescents

目的:研究青少年的人际信赖特点、探究团体沙盘疗法提高离异家庭的青少年人际信赖水平的干预效果。方法:研究采用人际信任量表(ITS)测量探究青少年人际信任特征;根据ITS问卷得分挑选人际信任较低的离异家庭的青少年随机均分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行持续4周,每星期一次2 h的团体沙盘治疗,对照组在此期间不做任何处理。沙盘干预实验完成后再次使用ITS问卷进行后测。结果:1) 青少年人际信任水平存在显著的性别差异(p 【0.05),男生要高于女生;2) 青少年人际信任水平存在显著的家庭状况差异(p均 【0.05),完整家庭的青少年要高于离异家庭的;3) 团体沙盘疗法对于提高离异家庭青少年的人际信任水平具有显著作用。结论:团体沙盘疗法对于提高离异家庭青少年的人际信任水平具有显著作用。

Objective: To study the characteristics of interpersonal trust of adolescents and the intervention effect of group sandplay therapy on improving the level of interpersonal trust of adolescents in divorced families. Methods: This study used the Interpersonal Trust Scale (ITS) to explore the characteristics of interpersonal trust of adolescents. According to its questionnaire scores, the adolescents from divorced families with low interpersonal trust were randomly divided into ex-perimental group and control group.
