摘要
目的:探讨生命意义感在领悟社会支持与择业焦虑间的中介效应。方法:选取呼和浩特市三所高校的675名在校大学生,采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、生命意义感量表(PIL)、大学生择业焦虑量表进行测量,运用非偏差校正的非参数百分位Bootstrap法对中介效应进行检验。结果:女生领悟社会支持总分及择业焦虑总分显著高于男生(均P 【0.05);大一大二学生领悟社会支持总分显著高于大三大四学生(P 【0.05);大一学生生命意义感总分显著高于其他年级学生(P 【0.05);领悟社会支持与择业焦虑呈显著负相关(r = −0.248,P 【0.01),与生命意义感呈显著正相关(r = 0.468,P 【0.01),生命意义感与择业焦虑呈显著负相关(r = −0.476,P 【0.01);生命意义感在领悟社会支持与择业焦虑间起完全中介作用[95%CI为(−0.370,−0.220)]。结论:大学生的领悟社会支持通过生命意义感对择业焦虑产生影响,提升大学生生命意义感是缓解择业焦虑的重要途径。
Objective: To explore the mediating effect of life meaning on social support and career anxiety.
