摘要
目的:研究有童年期创伤以及创伤后成长经历的社会工作者对社会工作这一助人职业的职业认同的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法以及深度访谈法对具有童年期创伤史以及创伤后成长经历的社会工作者进行问卷调查与深度访谈。结果:通过对81位社会工作者进行童年期创伤问卷调查和对2位具有童年期创伤史并且有创伤后成长经历的社会工作者进行深度访谈后发现,有童年期创伤及创伤后成长经历的社会工作者对于他们的职业认同度偏高,并且对于社会工作职业认同取向更加偏向于价值取向。结论:基于本次的问卷调查、访谈和分析结果,本次研究得出的结论是:有过童年期创伤及创伤后成长经历的社会工作者对于社会工作的职业认同感偏高,且偏向于价值取向,且其对于社会工作的职业认同感高有利于他们更好地胜任社会工作这个职业,我们需要给予这类社会工作者更多的关注,发掘他们助人自助的潜能。
Objective: To study whether social workers with childhood trauma and post-traumatic growth experience have a positive influence on the professional identity of social work as a helping pro-fession. Methods: In this study, questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews were used to con-duct questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews with social workers with childhood trauma history and post-trauma growth experience. Results: Through a childhood trauma questionnaire survey on 81 social workers and an in-depth interview with 2 social workers with a history of childhood trauma and positive post-traumatic growth experience, social workers with childhood trauma and post-traumatic growth experience were found. They have a high degree of professional recognition, and a more professional value orientation for social work. Conclusion: Social workers with childhood trauma and post-traumatic growth experience have a higher professional recognition of social work, which is conducive to their better job in social work. We need to give more attention to these social workers and find out their potential to help others and help themselves.
