摘要
本研究根据心理韧性和团体心理辅导的相关理论,选取20名高中生为实验被试,采用自编团体心理辅导方案对被试实施干预,在干预前后对被试进行心理韧性的量表测评,同时对团体辅导进行质性评估,研究结果表明自编团体心理辅导方案显著的提高了高中生心理韧性水平。
This study is based on the theories of resilience and group counseling. Twenty high school students were selected as subjects. The self-designed Group counseling program was used to intervene the subjects. Before and after the intervention, the subjects were assessed by psychological resilience scale. At the same time, a qualitative evaluation of group counseling was conducted. The results show that self-designed group counseling program significantly improves the resilience of high school students.
