摘要 情绪与个体的身心健康息息相关,杏仁核是情绪加工的重要中枢,杏仁核受损会严重影响动物和人类对恐惧情绪的识别、反应与学习。然而脑成像研究结果发现,除恐惧情绪外,其他基本情绪也能激活杏仁核,因此杏仁核在情绪效价加工中可能具有非特异性。相反,杏仁核的关键作用或许取决于情绪刺激的高唤醒度,与注意网络等有重要关系。以及,杏仁核半侧功能不对称性的特点,对解析其在情绪加工中脑成像研究结果存在一定干扰。本文从情绪的效价和唤醒维度出发,对杏仁核的特异性与非特异性加工作用进行探讨,以期为未来情绪障碍的临床治疗提供指导意义。 Emotions are closely related to an individual’s physical and mental health, and the amygdala is an important center of emotional processing. The damage of the amygdala will seriously affect the recognition, response and learning of fear in animals or humans. However, the results of brain imaging technology showed that emotional valence could not explain the specific response of emotional activation in the amygdala. Besides fear, other basic emotions could also activate the amygdala. The key role of the amygdala in emotion recognition may depend on high arousal and is important to the attention network;any survival significance of the stimulus can be quickly detected by the amygdala. And the amygdala has a semi-functional asymmetry, which has a certain interference effect on the study of emotional function of amygdala using brain imaging technology.
