摘要
正念是指有意识的关注,在当下对体验展开不加评判的意识。正念认知疗法(MBCT)是将正念和认知结合起来对抑郁症患者进行治疗,以提高患者的知觉能力。MBCT可以通过改善抑郁症患者的思维、情绪、记忆等多方面来预防抑郁症的复发。认知神经科学的研究发现,经MBCT训练的复发抑郁症患者表现出更多的α波不对称变化、θ波和γ波的波幅增大、事件相关电位P300的变化及与注意相关脑区的激活。MBCT适用于不同年龄阶段的抑郁症患者。最后,本文指出目前还存在的不足及未来研究展望。
Mindfulness is conscious attention, unjudgmental awareness of the experience in the present moment. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) combines mindfulness and cognition to treat patients with depression in order to improve the patient’s perceptual ability. MBCT can prevent the recurrence of depression by improving the thinking, mood, memory and other aspects of depressed patients. Cognitive neuroscience studies have found that MBCT trained patients with recurrent depression show more asymmetry changes in alpha waves, increased amplitude of θ and γ waves, changes in event-related potential P300, and activation of brain regions related to attention. MBCT is suitable for patients with depression at different age stages. Finally, this paper points out the existing shortcomings and the prospect of future research.
