摘要
疫情防控常态化背景下,在返校复学初期、半年和一年后,采用UPI、SCL-90、PQEEPH、BDI和CIS对在校大学生的心理健康状况进行3次测查,了解大学生心理健康状况和心理健康服务需求。结果发现,学生的心理健康状况受到不同程度的影响,呈现出心理健康服务需求增多、阶段性心理健康问题多发的特点。基于调查结果和心理健康教育工作实践经验,以个体心理发展的生态系统理论为逻辑内核,探索构建以学校和学生为中心,学生内生驱动,学校协调各系统有效协同的心理健康教育工作体系,为学生心理发展与成长建设和谐的生态系统。
Under the background of normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control, in the early stage, half a year and one year after returning to school, UPI, SCL-90, PQEEPH, BDI and CIS were used to measure the mental health status of college students for three times to understand the mental health status and mental health service needs of College Students. The results show that students’ mental health is affected, showing the characteristics of increasing demand for mental health services and frequent periodic mental health problems. Based on the survey results and practical experience of mental health education, taking the ecosystem theory of individual psychological development as the logical core, explore and build a mental health education system centered on schools and students, driven by students’ endogenesis, and coordinated by schools, so as to build a harmonious ecosystem for students’ psychological development and growth.
