成就动机对高职学生学业拖延的影响:时间管理倾向的中介作用

摘要 本研究旨在探究高职学生成就动机、时间管理倾向与学业拖延的关系,采用成就动机量表、青少年时间管理倾向量表和学业拖延量表对403名高职学生展开调查。结果表明,成就动机与学业拖延存在显著负相关;时间管理倾向与学业拖延存在显著负相关;成就动机与时间管理倾向存在显著正相关;时间管理倾向在成就动机与学业拖延之间起部分中介作用。最后在本研究的基础上,对改善学业拖延提供可操作性建议。 This study aims to explore the relationship among the achievement motivation, time management disposition and academic procrastination of higher vocational college students. 403 students were investigated by using the Achievements Motive Scale, Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale and Aitken Procrastination Inventory. The results showed that achievement motivation was significantly negatively correlated with academic procrastination;time management disposition was significantly negatively correlated with academic procrastination;achievement motivation was significantly positively correlated with time management disposition;time management disposition played a partial mediating role between achievement motivation and academic procrastination. Finally, based on this research, it provided actionable suggestions for improving academic procrastination.
