摘要
目的:调查医学硕士新生人际关系敏感及其影响因素,为更有效做好医学研究生的教育和管理工作提供心理学依据。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、A型行为类型问卷(TABP)对767名医学硕士新生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS26.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:医学硕士新生中,存在人际关系敏感的共49人,占比6.39%;人际关系敏感测验因子在行为类型、生源地上差异有统计学意义,在性别、专业上差异无统计学意义;A型行为类型相较于B型行为类型医学硕士新生更有可能检出人际关系敏感;生源地为外地的相较于本地的医学硕士新生更有可能检出人际关系敏感。结论:A型行为类型新生、生源地为外地的新生更容易出现人际关系敏感,学校进行针对性心理指导、导师密切关注、个人积极改善是促进医学硕士新生人际关系发展的有效途径。
Objective: To provide a psychological basis for more effective medical postgraduates’ education and management by investigating interpersonal sensitivity and its influencing factors among medical postgraduate freshmen. Methods: A questionnaire was conducted among 767 medical postgraduate freshmen using the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and Type A Behavior Pattern Scale (TABP), and SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data. Re-sults: Among the medical postgraduate freshmen, there were 49 people with interpersonal sensitivity, accounting for 6.39%;the interpersonal sensitivity test factor had statistically significant differences in behavior type and birthplace, but not in gender and major;compared with Type B, medical postgraduate freshmen with Type A behavior were more likely to be sensitive to interpersonal relationships;students from other places were more likely to be sensitive to interpersonal relationships than local medical postgraduate freshmen. Conclusion: Medical postgraduate freshmen with Type A behavior and freshmen from other places are more prone to interpersonal sensitivity. The school’s targeted psychological guidance, close attention from tutors, and positive personal improvement are effective ways to promote the development of interpersonal relationships among medical postgraduate freshmen.
