摘要
高校医疗机构服务对象主要是在校大学生,医生在门诊医疗中,与患者交流沟通,培养和谐的医患关系,运用医疗方法帮助学生解决病痛,更要从心理理解学生的心理感受和行为表现,稳定其异常情绪,满足其就医需求,帮助他们解决疾病的痛苦和心里的困惑。本文强调了高校医院医生在门诊医疗中,服务态度、医疗水平和职业素养对学生身心健康的影响。
The service objects of medical institutions in colleges and universities are mainly college students. Doctors communicate with patients, cultivate harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and use medical methods to help students solve their pain, it is necessary to understand students’ psychological feeling and behavior, stabilize their abnormal emotions, meet their medical needs, and help them to solve their pain and mental confusion. This paper emphasizes the influence of service attitude, medical treatment level and professional accomplishment on students’ physical and mental health.
