基于扎根理论的高中生考试焦虑影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of High School Students’ Test Anxiety Based on Grounded Theory

考试焦虑是高中生常见的心理问题。本研究采用扎根理论的方法,在对8名高中生进行深度访谈的基础上,通过收集数据、归纳整理、三级编码和分析,探讨影响高中生考试焦虑的因素,从44个概念中梳理出11个范畴,通过进一步比较归纳,整理得出影响高中生考试焦虑的4个主范畴,分别是个人因素、家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素,以此构建了高中生考试焦虑影响因素模型,并提出相应的解决方案,以期进一步促进高中生心理健康教育。

Test anxiety is a common psychological problem of high school students. This study adopts the method of grounded theory, based on the in-depth interviews with 8 high school students, through the collection of data, induction, three-level coding and analysis, to explore the influencing factors of high school students’ test anxiety, sort out 11 categories from 44 concepts, and through further comparison and induction, sort out the four main categories that affect high school students’ test anxiety, so as to build a high school students’ test anxiety influencing factor model, and put forward the corresponding solutions, in order to further promote the mental health education of high school students.
