The Influence of Family Education on the Mental Health Development in Primary and Secondary Schools in China

摘要 中小学生处于青少年时期,是个体心理发展的重要阶段,而家庭教育与青少年心理健康发展密不可分。本研究对以往有关家庭教育与中小学心理健康的研究进行归纳整理。发现,国内学者们对于心理健康的研究大部分主要关注其定义的界定、中小学心理健康现状及成因、以及初步的心理健康教育活动。家庭教育主要通过家长的榜样作用、家庭教养方式和家庭环境因素对我国中小学心理健康产生影响。 Primary and secondary school students are in their adolescence, which is an important stage of individual psychological development. This study summarized the previous studies on family education and mental health in primary and secondary schools. It is found that most of the domestic scholars’ research on mental health mainly focuses on the definition, the current situation and causes of mental health in primary and secondary schools, and the preliminary mental health education activities. Family education has an impact on the mental health of primary and secondary schools in China mainly through the role of parents as role models, family rearing methods and family environment factors.
