反刍思维对大学生自我效能感的影响:状态与特质焦虑的中介作用

摘要 为探究大学生反刍思维与自我效能感的关系,并揭示状态焦虑、特质焦虑在其间的中介机制,采用反刍思维量表、状态–特质焦虑量表、一般自我效能感量表,以402名在校大学生为对象进行调查。结果表明:大学生的反刍思维、状态焦虑、特质焦虑均与一般自我效能感呈显著负相关;状态焦虑、特质焦虑在反刍思维和一般自我效能感之间起中介作用。这一发现拓展了有关自我效能感影响因素的研究,为提高个体的自我效能感水平提供了新的角度和思路。 To explore the relationship between rumination and self-efficacy in college students, and to reveal the mediating mechanism of state anxiety and trait anxiety, 402 Chinese college students were investigated with the Ruminative Response Scale (RRS), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). The results showed that the rumination, state anxiety and trait anxiety of college students were significantly negatively correlated with general self-efficacy. State anxiety and trait anxiety play a mediating role between rumination and general self-efficacy. The findings of this study expand the research on the influencing factors of self-efficacy, and provide new perspectives and ideas for improving the level of individual self-efficacy.
