Parental meta-emotional philosophy is a series of organized views and concepts about emotions, which are a set of emotions, behaviors, attitudes and concepts generated by parents in the face of self and children’s emotional performance. Scholars have studied the influence of parental meta-emotional philosophy on children’s problematic behaviors, and most of the results show that parental meta-emotional philosophy can significantly predict children’s problematic behaviors. At the same time, the previous research also has the lack of intermediary or mediation factors and the mechanism of influence is not yet clear, the research dimension is single. The breadth and depth of theoretical research should be expanded in the future, which is of great significance for the systematic construction and application value of the theory of parental meta-emotional philosophy.
