摘要
目的:探索大学生社交媒体使用情况和社会交往之间的关系。方法:采用大学生社交媒体使用情况调查问卷、人际交往效能感问卷及社交焦虑量表,对武汉高校305名大学生进行问卷施测。结果:1) 大学生的社交媒体使用情况、社交效能感水平、社交焦虑水平均不存在显著的性别差异,仅社交效能感中的亲合效能存在性别差异;2) 大学生社交媒体使用情况正向预测社交焦虑水平,其中同伴支持、互动体验与社交焦虑不相关,仅控制程度正向预测社交焦虑水平;3) 大学生的社交效能感水平负向预测其社交焦虑水平,其中情绪控制效能预测性最强。
Objective: To explore the relationship between college students’ social media use and social in-teraction. Methods: A total of 305 college students in Wuhan were investigated by College Stu-dents’ Social Media Usage Questionnaire, Scale for the College Students’ Sense of Interpersonal Association Efficacy and Interaction Anxiousness Scale. Results: 1) There were no significant gender difference in the social media use, the level of social efficacy and social anxiety of college students, only the affinity efficacy of social efficacy had gender difference;2) The social media use positively predicted the level of social anxiety of college students, and the degree of control positively predicted the level of social anxiety, while peer support and interactive experience were not correlated with social anxiety;3) The level of social efficacy of college students signifi-cantly negatively predicted their level of social anxiety, and the emotion control efficacy was the most predictive.
