酒精对执行功能的急性影响研究述评

Review of Studies on Acute Effects of Alcohol on Executive Function

以往的研究发现,急性酒精摄入会对个体的大脑与行为造成影响。本文总结了急性酒精对个体工作记忆、认知灵活性和抑制控制等执行功能造成的影响及相应的神经机制。研究表明,酒精使用会影响个体的扣带回皮质、额顶网络和额颞部等大脑区域的活动性,从而影响个体的执行功能。未来的影像研究可以探究在不同的个体特质下,酒精对执行功能产生影响的差异性。

Previous studies have found that acute alcohol consumption can affect an individual’s brain and behavior. The current study summarizes the effects of acute alcohol on individual executive functions such as working memory, cognitive flexibility and inhibitory control and the corresponding neural mechanisms. Studies have shown that alcohol use affects an individual’s executive function by affecting the activity of brain regions such as the cingulate cortex, the frontoparietal network and the frontotemporal region. Future imaging studies could explore the differences in the effects of alcohol on executive function under different individual characteristics.
