正念冥想对孕妇焦虑、抑郁及分娩恐惧情绪的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Mindfulness Meditation on Anxiety, Depression and Fear of Childbirth in Pregnant Women

摘要 目的:探索正念冥想对中晚期孕妇焦虑、抑郁及分娩恐惧情绪的影响。方法:收集深圳市某区妇幼保健院妇产科2021年9月~2022年10月规律门诊产检的120例孕中晚期孕妇,采用数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,每组60例,对照组孕妇给予常规孕期干预方案,实验组孕妇加施正念练习,8周后比较两组孕妇的焦虑、抑郁及分娩恐惧情绪评分。结果:干预后实验组SAS评分、SDS评分及分娩恐惧量表评分均低于对照组,SAS、SDS、分娩恐惧的减分值差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:正念冥想能改善孕妇焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低分娩恐惧。 Purpose: To explore the effects of mindfulness meditation on anxiety, depression and fear of childbirth in middle and late pregnant women. Method: A total of 120 pregnant women in the second and third trimester of pregnancy were collected from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of a District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shenzhen from September 2021 to October 2022. Numerical table method was used to randomly divide into control group and experimental group. There were 60 patients in each group. The control group was given routine pregnancy intervention program. The pregnant women in the experimental group were given mindfulness exercises. After 8 weeks, scores of anxiety, depression and fear of childbirth were compared between the two groups. Result: After intervention, SAS and SDS scores and fear of childbirth scale scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. There were statistically significant differences in the reduction values of SAS, SDS and fear of childbirth (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Mindfulness meditation can improve anxiety and depression in pregnant women and reduce the fear of childbirth.
