摘要
21世纪以来,对积极心理学领域的研究日益丰富,也对我国的心理健康教育产生重大影响。高中时期的心理健康教育发挥着越来越重要的作用,也面临着诸多的问题和挑战。在教学过程中存在教学目标偏差、教学方式单一、师资力量相对有限等问题,还需要得到积极的关注和解决。将积极心理学的理论运用于高中心理健康教育的实践当中,通过转变教学目标的重点,运用多种途径进行教学以及不断加强师资力量,可以培养学生积极的心理品质,帮助学生获得积极的情感体验,充分的利用校内外的资源,促进学生身心的全面发展和高素质发展。
Since the 21st century, research in the field of positive psychology has been increasingly enriched, and it has also had a significant impact on mental health education in China. Mental health education plays an increasingly important role in high school, but also faces many problems and challenges. In the teaching process, there are problems such as deviation of teaching objectives, single teaching method, and relatively limited teachers, which need to be paid attention to and solved actively. Applying the theory of positive psychology to the practice of mental health education in high school, we can change the focus of teaching goals, use various ways to teach and continuously strengthen teachers;we can cultivate students’ positive psychological quality, help students obtain positive emotional experience, make full use of resources inside and outside the school, then promote students’ overall physical and mental development and high-quality development.
