困境与超越:心理学硕士研究生学术创新影响因素的质性研究

摘要 随着我国经济社会的高速发展,社会成员心理因素在新时代发展中的作用愈发重要,对我国心理学人才培养提出了更高的要求,心理学硕士研究生作为心理学学术创新中不可忽视的后备力量,探究学术创新影响因素对于提高心理学硕士研究生的学术创新水平、促进其学术创新成果产出、提升高校对其学术创新的培育质量有重要意义。本研究基于24份深度访谈资料,使用NVivo12软件整理和转录资料,通过三级编码分析资料,对S高校心理学硕士研究生学术创新的影响因素进行质性分析。结果表明,导致心理学硕士研究生陷入学术创新困境的主要影响因素包括:学术创新主观理解、学术创新专业认知、学术创新个人特质和学术创新外部环境这4个主范畴。由此,本研究尝试建构心理学硕士研究生学术创新影响因素的理论模型,并提出相对应的建议。 With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society, psychological factors of social members play an increasingly important role in the new era. The training of psychology talents has been put forward with higher requirement. In the academic innovation of psychology, psychology graduate students are the reserve force that cannot be ignored. The important significance of exploring the influencing factors of academic innovation includes: improving the academic innovation level of psychology master students, promoting the output of their academic innovation results, and improving the cultivation quality of their academic innovation in universities. Based on the data of 24 in-depth interviews, using NVivo12 software to organize and transcribe the data, we qualitatively analyzed the influencing factors of academic innovation of psychology students in S universities. The results show that the main factors leading to the dilemma of academic innovation include: academic innovation concept, academic innovation professional cognition, academic innovation self-consciousness and external environment of academic innovation. Therefore, this study tries to construct a theoretical model of the influencing factors of academic innovation and propose coping strategies.
