摘要
艺术类高校在开展心理健康教育工作的过程中发现,以传统的心理健康教育形式开展活动对美术专业学生缺乏吸引力。近年来,表达性艺术治疗开始广泛在高校中进行推广,尤其是在心理健康教育的应用中,其发挥的独特效果,丰富了心理健康教育的形式,受到师生的肯定和喜爱。我校学生均为美术专业学生,通过不断地研究实践和探索,最终发现在艺术表达中嵌入心理健康教育,能够最大限度地发挥艺术类专业学生的专业优势,提高学生的参与积极性,让学生们在专业中成长,在成长中得到心理疗愈。
In the process of carrying out mental health education, art colleges and universities have found that carrying out activities in the traditional form of mental health education is not attractive to art students. In recent years, expressive art therapy has begun to be widely promoted in colleges and universities, especially in the application of mental health education, and its unique effect has enriched the form of mental health education and has been affirmed and loved by teachers and students. Our students are all art students, and through continuous research, practice and exploration, we finally found that embedding mental health education in artistic expression can maximize the professional advantages of art students, improve students’ enthusiasm for participation, and let students grow professionally and get psychological healing in growth.
