摘要
全媒体时代的信息技术快速发展,对社会领域的变革和发展都产生了深刻的影响,同时也为高校心理健康教育提供了前所未有的发展契机。面对当前高校心理健康教育现状,高校心理健康教育工作者应主动适应全媒体时代的发展形势,充分利用全程媒体在优化教育载体、全息媒体在增强教育体验、全员媒体在突破教育主体、全效媒体在提升教育效果等方面提供的支持。除此之外,高校心理健康教育工作也受到了挑战,主要体现在:全媒体增加了高校心理健康教育的复杂性、加大了心理健康教育的困难程度、破坏了心理健康教育的整体性以及影响了心理健康教育效果等方面。着眼于高校心理健康教育的有效性,结合实证分析,高校应通过结合线上监测与线下教育、心理教育与思政教育、培训知识与提升技能、系统性教育与个性化教育等内容加强心理健康教育。
The rapid development of information technology in the all-media era has had a profound impact on the reform and development of the social field, and also provides unprecedented development opportunities for mental health education in colleges and universities. In the face of the current situation of mental health education in colleges and universities, mental health educators in colleges and universities should take the initiative to adapt to the development situation of the all-media era, and make full use of the support provided by whole-process media in optimizing educational carriers, holographic media in enhancing educational experience, all-staff media in breaking through the main body of education, and full-effect media in improving educational effects. In addition, the work of mental health education in colleges and universities has also been challenged, mainly reflected in: the whole media has increased the complexity of mental health education in colleges and universities, increased the difficulty of mental health education, undermined the integrity of mental health education, and affected the effect of mental health education. Focusing on the effectiveness of mental health education in colleges and universities, combined with empirical analysis, colleges and universities should strengthen mental health education by combining online monitoring and offline education, psychological education and ideological and political education, training knowledge and skill improvement, systematic education and personalized education.
