Analysis on Psychological Causes of Academic Dishonesty Behavior among Graduate Students

研究生学术失信行为屡禁不止,危害深远。研究生学术失信行为的发生,就其决定性因素看源于研究生个体自身的学术自律性欠缺。从行为心理学角度看,研究生学术失信是“从众心理”“侥幸心理”“道德推脱心理”三重因素的叠加共振而产生的一种非正常学术现象,这种现象并不是一种普遍性的存在,但绝不能熟视无睹,任其滋生乃至蔓延。高校应该加强研究生学术规范认知教育,培养研究生的学术独立精神和创新精神,强化独立人格教育,从而实现研究生教育和学术研究的高质量发展。

The academic dishonesty of graduate students is repeated and the harm is far-reaching. The decisive factor of the occurrence of academic dishonesty of graduate students is the lack of academic self-discipline of individual graduate students. From the perspective of behavioral psychology, academic dishonesty of graduate students is an abnormal academic phenomenon caused by the superposition and resonance of the three factors of “conformity psychology”, “fluke psychology” and “moral evasion psychology”. This phenomenon is not a universal existence, but it can not be ignored and allowed to breed and even spread. Colleges and universities should strengthen the cognitive education of graduate students’ academic norms, cultivate the spirit of academic independence and innovation, and strengthen the education of independent personality, so as to realize the high-quality development of graduate education and academic research.
