马斯洛需要层次理论视域下高校思想政治教育实效性研究

摘要 高校思想政治教育以学生的思想和行为为研究对象,其本质是人的一种高层次的需要。当前,大学生的需要具有多样性的特征,其需要既包括现实的需要,也包括潜在的需要。高校思想政治教育在一定程度上难以满足学生的合理需要,这阻碍了学生的全面发展。马斯洛的需要层次理论对人的需要展开了全面的研究,对于满足人的合理需求、引导人的健康发展具有重大意义。因此,文章基于马斯洛需要层次理论,研究该理论与高校思想政治教育的内在联系,进一步探究如何运用马斯洛需要层次理论来增强高校思想政治教育的实效性。 Ideological and political education in colleges and universities takes students’ thought and beha-vior as the research object, which is a kind of high-level human needs. At present, the needs of college students are characterized by diversity, including both realistic needs and potential needs. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is difficult to meet the reasonable needs of students to a certain extent, which hinders the overall development of students. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory has carried out a comprehensive study of human needs, which is of great significance to meet the reasonable needs of people and guide the healthy development of people. Therefore, based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper studies the internal relationship between Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and further explores how to use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
