心理契约视域下和谐医患关系的重构研究

Research on the Reconstruction of Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationship from the Perspective of Psychological Contract

心理契约是人与人之间相互期望的总和。医患心理契约是医患双方对彼此责任义务的感性认识和预期期盼的总和。通过心理契约的基本理论,透析当前医患热点社会事件,指出医患心理契约下导致二者和谐关系失衡的具象因素。依凭心理契约的基本内容,针对具象因素采取相应的弥补措施,重构和谐的医患关系。

Psychological contract is the sum of mutual expectations between people. The psychological contract between doctors and patients is the sum of their emotional understanding and expected expectations of each other’s responsibilities and obligations. Through the basic theory of psychological contract, analyze the current hot social events between doctors and patients, and point out the concrete factors that lead to the imbalance of the harmonious relationship between the two under the psychological contract between doctors and patients. Depending on the basic content of the psychological contract, we should take corresponding remedial measures against concrete factors to reconstruct a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
