中国优秀传统文化融入大学生心理健康教育研究

摘要 随着社会生产力的不断发展,物质需求在现代社会已经很容易得到满足,但对美好的生活的向往绝非仅仅只停留在物质层面,人们对于精神层面的追求同样显得尤为重要,大众对于心理健康的问题应更加重视。2018年国家教育部在发行《高等学校学生心理健康教育指导纲要》,要求探索更加科学新型的教育方式来应对现代大学生的心理健康问题。中国优秀传统文化是中国民族几千年的历史文化积淀,蕴含丰富的心理教育知识和为人处事的道理。本文以现代大学生的心理健康问题为切入点,深入探讨目前大学生所面临的心理问题,以及中国优秀传统文化融入大学生心理健康教育的必要性、可行性,并探索了融入的相关具体措施。 With the continuous development of social productivity, material needs have been easily satisfied in modern society, but the yearning for a better life is by no means only at the material level, peo-ple’s pursuit of the spiritual level is also particularly important, and the public should pay more at-tention to mental health problems. In 2018, the Ministry of Education issued the “Guiding Outline for Mental Health Education for Students in Colleges and Universities”, requiring the exploration of more scientific and new education methods to deal with the mental health problems of modern col-lege students. China’s excellent traditional culture is the accumulation of thousands of years of his-tory and culture of the Chinese nation, containing rich psychological and educational knowledge and the principles of dealing with people. Taking the mental health problems of modern college stu-dents as the starting point, this paper deeply discusses the psychological problems faced by college students, as well as the necessity and feasibility of integrating China’s excellent traditional culture into college students’ mental health education, and explores the specific measures of integration.
