高校思想政治教育工作的开展,对于提升学生思想觉悟,培育时代新人,增强群体凝聚力与认同感,构建和谐社会都具有不容忽视的现实意义。将心理学中的心理契约理论引入思想政治教育能够打破学科之间的壁垒,取得更好的教育成效。以此为背景,本文率先思考心理契约应用于思想政治教育的必要性与可行性,接着分析影响心理契约理论应用的因素,进而深入剖析心理契约理论在高校思想政治教育中的应用价值,最终,在应用策略层面提出如何优化心理契约理论在高校思想政治教育中的应用。

The development of ideological and political education in universities has significant practical sig-nificance in enhancing students’ ideological consciousness, nurturing the new generation for the era, enhancing group cohesion and identity, and constructing a harmonious society. Introducing the concept of psychological contract theory from psychology into ideological and political education can break down barriers between disciplines and achieve better educational outcomes. Against this backdrop, this paper first considers the necessity and feasibility of applying psychological contract to ideological and political education, and then analyzes the factors that affect the application of psychological contract theory. Then delves into the application value of the psychological contract theory in ideological and political education in universities, and finally, at the implementation level, proposes how to optimize the effective application of the psychological contract theory in ideological and political education in universities.
