中学生线上教学后心理健康现状及应对策略研究——以南华中学心理健康教育实践为例

摘要 为了了解新冠疫情期间中学生线上教学后学生的心理健康状态,采用针对中学生的心理健康发展特征编制而成的测评量表对南华中学初2022级至高2021级共计4622名学生进行整体取样。结果显示为:在对全体学生各维度的结果统计方面显示,全体学生在自尊水平上普遍较低;约有8.66%的学生有自杀的计划或者已经有过自杀的行为;其中抑郁水平、焦虑水平与压力水平均与自杀行为呈显著正相关关系。基于此结果,建议学校热忱关爱重点心理学生,规范建设心理咨询室,积极实施家校协同心育工作,逐步建立健全各项工作机制,为学生身心和谐健康发展增添一份保障。 In order to understand the mental health status of secondary school students after online teaching during the new crown epidemic, a total of 4622 students from the middle school grade 2022 to the senior 2021 grade of Nanhua Middle School were sampled using an assessment scale based on the mental health development characteristics of middle school students. The results showed that: in terms of the results statistics of all students in all dimensions, it was shown that all students gener-ally had lower self-esteem levels;about 8.66% of the students had planned to commit suicide or had committed suicide;among them, the level of depression, anxiety and stress were significantly positively correlated with suicidal behavior. Based on this result, it is recommended that schools enthusiastically care for key psychological students, standardize the construction of psychological counseling rooms, actively implement home-school collaborative mental education work, and gradually establish and improve various working mechanisms to escort the harmonious and healthy development of students' physical and mental health.
