摘要
健康作为现代人生存和发展的必要条件,与人们的日常生活息息相关。对于大学生来说,只有保持健康,才能实现自身的全面发展。随着经济的快速发展,人们的物质生活获得极大满足,但内心世界却逐渐遭受冲击。大学生正处于青年时期,身体逐渐成熟,但心理状态尚处于不太成熟的阶段,容易受到多元化价值观的影响。本文通过分析大学生心理亚健康的成因,针对大学生存在的身体机能障碍、情绪表达障碍、人格发展障碍、人际交往障碍等问题,提出了一些对策措施。通过合理引导大学生的精神需要、提供良好的受教育环境、加强家庭道德教育、引导大学生树立正确的人生观,能够有效帮助大学生解决心理亚健康问题,从而实现其自身的全面发展。
As a necessary condition for the survival and development of modern people, health is closely re-lated to People’s Daily life. For college students, only by keeping healthy can they realize their all-round development. With the rapid development of economy, people’s material life is greatly satisfied, but their inner world is gradually impacted. College students are in their youth, their body is gradually mature, but their psychological state is still in the immature stage, and they are easy to be affected by diversified values. By analyzing the causes of mental sub-health of college students, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to the problems of physical dysfunction, emotional expression disorder, personality development disorder and interpersonal communication disorder of college students. By reasonably guiding the spiritual needs of college students, providing a good education environment, strengthening family moral education and guiding college students to es-tablish a correct outlook on life, we can effectively help college students solve mental sub-health problems and realize their all-round development.
