Application of Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions in Autism Intervention

自然主义发展行为干预是基于应用行为分析发展而来的,结合发展和自然主义观点的一类干预方法体系。作为改善高度结构化干预带来的局限性,该模式促进儿童跨领域的整合和技能的泛化,更有助于孤独症儿童融入社会。关于该模式,国外研究者从不同方面进行大量研究,然而国内目前的研究相对欠缺,对它的概念及理论体系缺乏了解。因此,本文旨在系统概述自然主义发展行为干预的理论,结合近年来的研究现状,探究未来的发展以及为该模式的引入和应用提供参考。

Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) is an emerging intervention for young children with autism spectrum disorders. It is a class of intervention methodology system based on the development of Applied Behavior Analysis that combines developmental and naturalistic per-spectives. The model emphasizes natural environments that promote cross-domain integration and generalization of children’s skills and are more conducive to the social integration of children with autism than highly structured traditional intervention approaches. Foreign researchers have con-ducted a large number of studies on NDBI from different aspects;however, the current research in China is relatively lacking, and there is a lack of understanding of its concept and theoretical sys-tem. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide a systematic overview of the theory of natu-ralistic developmental behavioral interventions, incorporating the current state of research in re-cent years, exploring future developments as well as informing the introduction and application of the model.
