摘要
目的:探讨团体心理辅导对大一新生情绪智力的干预效果,以帮助大一新生提高情绪智力水平,促进其身心健康发展,更好的融入大学生活。方法:选取80名大一新生随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组实施以提高情绪智力为目标的团体心理辅导,共8次;对照组不给予任何干预。采用情绪智力量表进行干预效果评估。结果:干预前,两组情绪智力量表总分及各维度情绪知觉、自我情绪管理、他人情绪管理、情绪利用得分差异均无显著性;干预后,实验组情绪智力量表各个维度得分均高于对照组,差异显著,而对照组情绪智力量表总分及各个维度得分无显著差异。结论:团体心理辅导能有效提高大一新生的情绪智力水平。
Objective: To explore the intervention effect of group psychological counseling on emotional intelli-gence of freshmen, in order to help college students improve their emotional intelligence level, promote their physical and mental health development, and better integrate into university life. Method: 80 freshmen were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received group psychological counseling with the goal of improving emotional intelligence, totaling 8 times;The control group was not given any intervention. By evaluating the intervention effect using the Emotional Intelligence Scale: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the total scores of the two groups’ emotional intelligence scales, as well as the scores of various dimensions of emotional perception, self emotional management, others’ emo-tional management, and emotional utilization;After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of the emotional intelligence scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences. However, there was no significant difference in the total score and scores of all dimensions of the emotional intelligence scale in the control group. Conclusion: Group psychological counseling can effectively improve the emotional intelligence level of freshmen.
