大学生成就动机与职业决策自我效能感的关系:心理控制源的中介作用

摘要 目的:探究大学生成就动机、心理控制源、职业决策自我效能感的关系。方法:采用成就动机量表(AMS)、职业决策自我效能感量表(CDMSE)、心理控制源量表(I-E)对926名大学生进行施测。结果:成就动机显著正向预测大学生职业决策自我效能感。追求成功动机可通过心理控制源的中介作用间接预测大学生职业决策自我效能感,其中中介效应为22.22%。结论:大学生成就动机与职业决策自我效能感存在中介效应,中介变量为心理控制源。 Objective: To explore the relationship between motivation, psychological control source, and self- efficacy of career decision-making in college. Methods: The Achievement Motivation Scale (AMS), Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale (CDMSE), and Mental Control Source Scale (I-E) were used to test 926 college students. Results: Achievement motivation significantly positively predicted college students’ self-efficacy in career decision-making. The motivation to pursue success can indirectly predict the self-efficacy of college students’ career decision-making through the mediating effect of psychological control sources, and the mediating effect is 22.22%. Conclusion: There is a mediating effect between college motivation and self-efficacy in career decision-making, and the mediating variable is the source of psychological control.
