大学生恋爱压力现状及其与母亲教养方式关系的研究

A Study on the Current Situation of College Students’ Psychological Pressure on Love and Its Relationship with Their Maternal Styles

从青春期踏入成年早期,大学生身心发展逐渐趋于成熟,许多异性之间会由于相互吸引而产生爱情,发展出恋爱关系。由于多方因素影响,大学生在恋爱中体验到的不仅有愉悦,也有压力。为了解大学生恋爱压力现状及其与母亲教养方式的关系,本研究采用简式父母教养方式问卷及大学生恋爱压力问卷,以403名大学生为被试,采用SPSS 26.0统计软件对问卷收回数据进行统计分析,调查大学生恋爱压力的现状,分析其在各人口学变量上的差异,探究当前大学生恋爱压力与母亲教养方式之间的关系,以期为减轻大学生恋爱压力提供依据。结果表明:1) 大学生的恋爱压力整体上偏低,在居住地、是否为独生子女、恋爱状况上存在显著差异。2) 大学生的母亲教养方式中三个维度均与恋爱压力有显著正相关。

From adolescence to early adulthood, college students gradually mature in their physical and men-tal development. Many individuals are attracted to each other and develop romantic relationships. However, college students experience not only pleasure but also pressure in romantic relationships due to various factors. In order to understand the current situation of college students’ psychologi-cal pressure on love and its relationship with maternal styles, this study used s-EMBU-C and the questionnaire of college students’ love stress. A total of 403 college students were surveyed, and the collected data was statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0. The study aimed to investigate the current situation of psychological pressure on love, analyze the differences in demographic variables, and explore the relationship between psychological pressure on love and maternal styles in order to provide a basis for reducing college students’ psychological pressure on love. The results indicated that: 1) College students’ overall psychological pressure on love is generally low, but significant dif-ferences exist in terms of place of residence, whether they are only children, and their relationship status. 2) All three dimensions of college students’ maternal styles are significantly positively cor-related with psychological pressure on love.
