积极心理学视域下大学生弘扬浙江精神的路径研究

The Way to Carry forward the Zhejiang Spirit of College Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

培育和践行浙江精神是当代大学生成长成才的内在需求。浙江精神与积极心理学在内涵意蕴、目标追求、学科切入点上具有高度相关性,培育和弘扬浙江精神具有积极的心理学价值,有利于大学生提升自我、创造美好生活。在积极心理学视域下,大学生培养和弘扬浙江精神可从积极的认知、积极的人际关系、积极的发展三个角度入手。

Cultivating and practicing the spirit of Zhejiang is the inner demand of contemporary college stu-dents. Zhejiang spirit and positive psychology are highly related in connotation, goal pursuit and discipline entry point. Cultivating and promoting Zhejiang spirit has positive psychological value, which is conducive to college students’ self-improvement and creating a better life. From the per-spective of positive psychology, the cultivation and promotion of Zhejiang spirit can be started from three perspectives: positive cognition, interpersonal relationship and development.
