摘要 情商教育是现在高校思想政治教育的重要内容。在传统教育评价体系下,情商教育长期没有得到足够的重视,大学生的情商表现总体不容乐观,在人际交往能、情绪控制、挫折承受等方面还存在缺陷和问题,学校教育、家庭因素和大学生个人是造成这些问题的主要原因,为加强大学生情商教育,提高其情商水平,充分发挥家庭、学校、大学生、研究生辅导员等主体的优势,促进当代大学生情商的发展。 Emotional intelligence education is an important part of ideological and political education in col-leges and universities. Under the traditional educational evaluation system, EQ education has not been paid enough attention for a long time. The EQ performance of college students is generally not optimistic, and there are still defects and problems in interpersonal communication ability, emo-tional control, frustration tolerance and other aspects. School education, family factors and college students are the main reasons for these problems. In order to strengthen the emotional intelligence education of college students, improve their emotional intelligence level, give full play to the role of families, schools and college students themselves, graduate counselors, community forums, peer psychological counseling and other subjects, give full play to the advantages of peer education as implicit ideological and political education, and promote the development of emotional intelligence of contemporary college students.
