Philosophical Principle of Depression Psychotherapy

抑郁症是我国常见的心理卫生疾病之一,对于抑郁症的治疗大体可以分为心理治疗和药物治疗两个部分。抑郁症在心理治疗方面常见的有认知行为疗法、精神动力疗法、人际关系疗法。三种疗法虽各有不同的侧重,但都对抑郁症有显著疗效。本文抛开各种治疗方法不谈,探究心理治疗过程中用到的原则性的内容,予以哲学层面的解释,在总结心理治疗的原则性内容的同时,丰富哲学原理的时代内涵。

Depression is one of the common mental health diseases in China. The treatment of depression can be divided into two parts: psychological treatment and drug treatment. Cognitive behavioral ther-apy, psycho-dynamic therapy and interpersonal relationship therapy are common in the treatment of depression. Although the three therapies have different emphases, they all have significant ef-fects on depression. This article puts aside various treatment methods, explores the principled content used in the process of psychotherapy, and gives a philosophical explanation. While summa-rizing the principled content of psychotherapy, it enriches the connotation of the times of philo-sophical principles.
