摘要
新冠肺炎疫情不仅影响着人类的生命健康,也对社会和经济等多方面造成严重的影响,学生出现心理的恐慌、抑郁、焦虑和无助等情况。我们关注后疫情相关的心理健康问题时,学校心理健康教育可以给予学生心理辅导和情绪抚慰,重塑信心,共克时艰。探讨现今中小学心理健康教育的学校现状、教师胜任和途径研究,以期对学校心理健康教育工作及学生健康成长提供指导。
The COVID-19 epidemic not only affects the life and health of human beings, but also has a serious impact on the society and economy, and students have psychological panic, depression, anxiety and helplessness. When we are concerned about mental health problems related to the epidemic, men-tal health education in schools can provide students with psychological counseling and emotional comfort, rebuild their confidence and overcome difficulties together. This paper probes into the current status of mental health education in primary and secondary schools, the competence of teachers and the ways to study, in order to provide guidance for mental health education in schools and the healthy growth of students.
