摘要
辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高等学校学生思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者。这些年来,随着高等教育制度的改革,本科院校辅导员作为面向学生的第一窗口,由于工作压力较大、队伍建设机制不完善和辅导员个人心理调试能力较弱等原因,职业倦怠问题突出,阻碍着本科院校思想政治工作的前进。通过分析来自社会、学校和辅导员个人的原因,探讨解决职业倦怠的举措,对于提振辅导员职业热情、提升本科院校育人成效等方面将发挥重要作用。
Counselor is the main force to carry out ideological and political education of college students, and is the organizer, implementers and guides of ideological and political education and management of college students. In recent years, with the reform of the higher education system, college counselors, as the first window for students, have a prominent problem of job burnout due to high work pres-sure, imperfect team building mechanism and weak psychological adjustment ability of counselors, which hinder the progress of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. By analyzing the reasons from the society, the school and the individual counselors, exploring the measures to solve job burnout will play an important role in boosting the career enthusiasm of counselors and improving the effectiveness of undergraduate education.
