摘要
本研究以内卷化现象为视角,对双非院校英语专业大学生学习压力的心理成因进行了调查和分析。研究发现,内卷化现象对双非院校英语专业大学生的学习压力产生了显著影响。同时,学生的学习压力主要来源于自我期望、社会期望、焦虑情绪、家庭影响以及自我认知等方面。为缓解学生的学习压力,本研究针对性地提出了建议并旨在帮助双非院校英语专业大学生更好地学习。
This study investigates and analyzes the psychological causes of learning stress of English major college students in double non-native institutions from the perspective of the phenomenon of invo-lution. It is found that the phenomenon of involution has a significant impact on the learning stress of English majors in double non-native institutions. Meanwhile, students’ learning stress mainly comes from self-expectation, social expectation, anxiety, family influence and self-perception. In or-der to alleviate the students’ learning pressure, this study puts forward suggestions and aims to help the English majors in double-non-native colleges to learn better.
