新形势下大学生积极心理品质培养策略研究

摘要 新形势下,大学生面临着日益复杂的社会环境和竞争压力,研究大学生积极心理品质培养策略旨在帮助他们树立正确的人生观、价值观,培养积极向上的心态,提高应对困难和挫折的能力,促进其全面发展。通过调研相关领域的文献资料,问卷调查探索大学生对于积极心理品质的认知情况,深入分析当前形势下大学生积极心理品质的培养工作存在的问题,评估不同培养策略的效果,进行专家访谈获取建议和意见,依托积极心理学和社会认知理论为指导,形成学生、学校、家庭及社会“四位一体”的工作体系,推动大学生积极心理品质的培养。结果表明大学生积极心理品质的培养是一个长期过程,需要全社会共同努力,采用多种策略相结合的方式,注重因材施教,积极心理品质培养对大学生成长和发展具有重要的社会意义,能够促进大学生自我认知、情绪调节、社交能力等方面的提升,有效提高大学生的心理健康水平。 In the new situation, college students face increasingly complex social environments and competi-tive pressures. The research on cultivating positive psychological qualities among college students aims to help them establish correct life perspectives and values, cultivate a positive mindset, im-prove their ability to cope with difficulties and setbacks, and promote their overall development. Through literature review in relevant fields, questionnaire surveys exploring college students’ cog-nitive status regarding positive psychological qualities, and in-depth analysis of the existing prob-lems in cultivating positive psychological qualities among college students under the current cir-cumstances, the effectiveness of different cultivation strategies is evaluated through expert inter-views. Guided by positive psychology and social cognitive theory, a comprehensive working system integrating students, schools, families, and society is formed to promote the cultivation of positive psychological qualities among college students. The results indicate that the cultivation of positive psychological qualities among college students is a long-term process that requires joint efforts from the whole society. It should adopt a combination of various strategies, emphasize personalized education, and play an important societal role in the growth and development of college students, promoting improvements in self-awareness, emotion regulation, social skills, and effectively im-proving the mental health level of college students.
