摘要
随着经济社会的发展,心理健康问题越发引起人们的关注,2023年两会期间多位代表也提出多项增强心理服务的相关提案,“如何有效提升全民心理健康水平”、“建立社会心理服务体系”,现已成为全社会广泛关注的重点问题。党的十九报告明确指出,社会心理服务体系是社会治理的“四大体系”之一,现阶段,我国已在多地开展社会心理服务体系建设试点工作。本研究依托重庆市社会心理服务体系建设试点项目,为进一步了解当前社区心理服务体系发展现状,采用社会心理健康服务调查量表作为调研工具,通过问卷调研对重庆市试点地区246名居民所在地的社区心理服务进行调查分析。通过实地访谈,问卷调研,实地调查等实证方法有机结合,对重庆市试点地区心理服务体系建设目前所形成的规律,实施程度以及实施过程进行调研。以此期待并了解当前社区心理健康服务基础,助力重庆市社区心理服务建设。
With the development of economy and society, mental health issues have attracted more and more attention, and many delegates during the two sessions in 2023 also put forward a number of rele-vant proposals to enhance psychological services, “how to effectively improve the mental health level of the whole people” and “establish a social psychological service system”, which have now be-come the key issues of widespread concern of the whole society. The 19th report of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the social psychological service system is one of the “four major systems” of social governance, and at this stage, China has carried out pilot work on the con-struction of social psychological service system in many places. Relying on the pilot project of Chongqing Municipal Social Psychological Service System Construction, in order to further under-stand the current development status of community psychological service system, this study used the Social Mental Health Service Survey Scale as a research tool to investigate and analyze the community psychological services in the pilot areas of Chongqing through questionnaire research. Through the organic combination of empirical methods such as field interviews, questionnaire sur-veys, and field investigations, the current rules, implementation degree and implementation pro-cess of establishment of the municipal psychological service system in pilot areas of Chongqing were investigated. We look forward to understanding the current community mental health service foundation and helping the construction of community psychological services in Chongqing.
