视觉诱发运动病治疗方式的研究进展

Research Progress on Treatment Methods for Visually Induced Motion Sickness

视觉诱发运动不耐受(visual induced motion sickness, VIMS)是一种由视觉系统刺激引起的运动病,典型表现有眩晕、恶心、定向障碍等不适症状,更严重者会出现呕吐现象。起初,视觉运动病的治疗方法以药物治疗等方式为主,随着科学技术的进步,心理训练、习服训练、空间认知能力训练、中医治疗等治疗方式也开始逐渐体现出其优势。因此,本文对已经报道过的VIMS发病机制及治疗方法进行阐述,并为进一步完善并发展VIMS的治疗方法提供新思路。

Visual induced motion sickness (VIMS) is a kind of motion sickness caused by stimulation of the visual system. The typical symptoms include dizziness, nausea, disorientation and even more seri-ous vomiting. At first, the treatment methods for visual motor disease were mainly drug therapy. With the advancement of science and technology, psychological training, habituation training, spa-tial cognitive ability training, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and other treatment methods have gradually demonstrated their advantages. Therefore, this article elaborates on the pathogene-sis and treatment methods of VIMS that have already been reported, and providing new ideas for further searching and developing for more suitable treatment methods for VIMS.
