乡村公共文化发展过程中村民文化心理的问题及其对策研究

Research on the Cultural Psychology of Villagers in the Development of Rural Public Culture and Its Countermeasures

乡村文化振兴是实现乡村振兴的必由之路,而乡村文化振兴关键在于振兴公共文化。村民拥有良好的文化心理,能为乡村公共文化的发展提供了广泛而强大的内生性力量,而如今村民的文化心理日趋复杂,文化选择迷茫,文化认同复杂,并且“官方意识”与村民文化心态之间存在着不协调,造成村民在乡村公共文化建设中的缺位。村民的文化心理问题,不仅与乡村地缘与血缘结构遭到破坏和当代中国科技与经济的快速发展有关,还与乡村公共文化服务的供需分离有着关系。为此,要通过加强村民的乡村公共文化教育、鼓励村民参与乡村公共文化建设和构建多元主体共同参与乡村公共文化建设的模式,来实现个体与外在社会文化环境相契合,重塑村民的精神家园。

The revitalization of rural culture is the only way to realize rural revitalization, and the key to rural cultural revitalization lies in revitalizing public culture. Villagers have good cultural psychology, which can provide a broad and powerful endogenous force for the development of rural public culture. However, nowadays, villagers’ cultural psychology is becoming more and more complicated, cultural choices are confused, cultural identity is complex, and there is a disharmony between “official consciousness” and villagers’ cultural mentality, resulting in villagers’ absence in the construction of rural public culture. The cultural psychological problems of villagers are not only related to the destruction of rural geography and consanguinity structure and the rapid development of science and technology and economy in contemporary China, but also related to the separation of supply and demand of rural public cultural services. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen villagers’ rural public culture education, encourage villagers to participate in the construction of rural public culture and build a model in which multiple subjects participate in the construction of rural public culture together, so as to realize the fit between individuals and the external social and cultural environment and reshape villagers’ spiritual home.
