积极心理学视域下中小学班级管理与心理健康教育的融合

摘要 随着新课改的推进和改革,人们越来越重视青少年心理健康,心理健康教育的重要性也日益凸显。为使学生的身心可以健康成长,在班级管理中融合积极的心理健康教育具有重要意义,能够有利于学生自我服务与自我完善、转换心理健康教育目标以及提升中小学生的心理适应能力。在进行班级管理时,从积极心理学的角度融合中小学班级管理与心理健康教育,从而在班级管理中营造良好的心理环境,开展多样化心理辅导的方法,以期能促进学生素质提升和全面发展。 With the promotion and reform of the new curriculum reform, people pay more and more attention to adolescent mental health, and the importance of mental health education has become increasingly prominent. In order to make students grow up healthily, it is of great significance to integrate positive mental health education in class management, which can help students to serve and improve themselves, change the goal of mental health education and improve the psychological adaptability of primary and middle school students. In the class management, from the perspective of positive psychology, the integration of primary and secondary school class management and mental health education, so as to create a good psychological environment in class management, carry out diversified psychological counseling methods, in order to promote the improvement of students’ quality and all-round development.
