摘要 中职教育的最终目标是为了向社会输送专业化的职业技术人才,使学生在社会生产实践中发挥自身作用,有效服务于经济社会的发展。对中职生心理健康的研究并探索出针对性教育策略是在这一点起到关键性的促进作用。根据中职教育学生的特定性(向社会输送专业岗位人才),通过多种方式,研究中职生心理健康问题的家庭结构因素,加强心理健康教育,使学生在身心健康的前提下学习积极性增强,学习效率提高,最终达到理论和实践的有机结合,充分适应社会的竞争和发展。 The ultimate goal of secondary vocational education is to deliver specialized vocational and technical talents to society, enabling students to play their role in social production practice and effectively serve the development of the economy and society. The research on the mental health of vocational school students and the exploration of targeted education strategies play a crucial role in promoting this. Based on the specificity of vocational education students (delivering professional talents to society), various methods are used to study the family structure factors of psychological health problems among vocational school students, strengthen psychological health education, enhance students’ learning enthusiasm and efficiency under the premise of physical and mental health, and ultimately achieve an organic combination of theory and practice, fully adapting to social competition and development.
