个案工作介入大四贫困生考研焦虑实例研究

摘要 贫困大学生作为高校的一个特殊群体,除了经济贫困外,心理贫困亦成了另一种危机。他们在面对学业科研、人际交往、毕业就业等实际困难时更容易产生较大的精神压力和心理负担,甚至滋生出一系列心理问题。因此,高校在注重经济解困的同时,也要加强对贫困生群体心理状况的积极关注和主动引导,帮助其提升心理调适能力,有效开发心理潜能。本案例介绍了一位即将面临研究生入学考试的大四贫困生,因考研压力而导致一般心理问题的青年心理咨询过程。经过诊断和评估,咨询师采用认知行为疗法和合理情绪疗法,帮助求助者消除错误认知,建立新的合理的认知模式,缓解和消除不良情绪体验,使其最终进入了正常的学习状态。本案例可为高校贫困生的心理咨询实践提供一定的借鉴和参考。 Poor college students as a special group of colleges and universities, in addition to economic poverty, psychological poverty has become another crisis. They are more likely to have greater mental pressure and psychological burden when facing practical difficulties such as academic research, interpersonal communication, graduation and employment, and even breed a series of psychological problems. Therefore, while paying attention to economic poverty alleviation, colleges and universities should also strengthen the positive attention and active guidance to the psychological status of poor students, help them improve their psychological adjustment ability, and effectively develop their psychological potential. This case introduces the psychological consultation process of a poor senior student who is about to face the postgraduate entrance examination, and who has general psychological problems due to the pressure of the postgraduate entrance examination. After diagnosis and evaluation, the counselor adopts cognitive behavior therapy and rational emotional therapy to help the counselor eliminate wrong cognition, establish a new and reasonable cognitive model, relieve and eliminate bad emotional experience, and finally make it enter a normal state of study. This case can provide some reference for the psychological consultation practice of poor college students.
